The school has no gymnasium. The design provides a modern multifunctional sports hall in size 54.5/25.5 meters. The structure is been calculated as composited by laminated timber beam having steel turnbuckles. The structural system allows the formation of ground measuring 44 to 22 m, which ensures full use of the hall for handball, mini football, volleyball, basketball. Additional sports facility has equipment and mats for gymnastics, wrestling, boxing and martial arts. Six movable tribune module with three rows of stands are provided on the west side of the sports field. The configuration ensures 150 spectator seats and maximum functionality of the playing field. Compact two levels block on the norden site provides the necessary storage areas, locker rooms, a lobby, service and coaching facilities. Connection to the school building is provied by a passage on second level.

The terrain is 668 sq. m. and it is situated 9 km away from the city of Varna. It has an impressing panorama of the bay during the day and at night. Its surroundings are vineyards and orchards. The detached house is designed on a free built plot, on two floors, with a western entrance. The hall gives direct entering to the kitchen, the dining room and the living room. The dining room communicates with terraces to the garden. One of the three bedrooms, which one can enter through the hall, is situated on the first floor. There is also access to a bathroom and a larder from the hall. The access to the second level is by a staircase, which is naturally lit by a light groove. There are two bedrooms with a panoramic view terrace, a bathroom and sanitary fittings on the second floor. The construction is monolithic, made by reinforced concrete.

The project goal is the reconstruction and renovation of existing football field with running track and playground for javelin and discus. The current state of local training facilities do not allow their full use and management. Designed to be a football field with artificial turf measuring 64 meters by 90 meters it allows official competitions. Suitable also for educational, amateur training and recreational games. The sports ground is designed for cross-division into three mini-soccer fields. Equipped with lighting and sound systems, the field is enveloped in a six meter high fence. Refurbished sports pitches are equipped with modular stands, modern building with changing rooms and a room for medical care, tensile structures and press secretary. Lane network  connects the sports complex with playing fields, stands, dressing rooms, green areas. Designed with adequate width and slope of the pedestrian area providing access for people with disabilities.
